Shipment & Returns

We want you to smile! If you are not happy with your purchase, let's fix it. 

How do I return an item?
- You have 7 calendar days to return an in stock item from the date you received it
- Custom made hats and made-to-order fedoras are excluded from returns
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
- You must purchase tracking and send us an email at info@oliverlewishats.com with the tracking information & your order number. Send item to:

Please note: Customers are responsible for paying return postage and shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they were received defective or damaged. If this was the case, please reach out to us with proof: info@oliverlewishats.com and send your item to Oliver Lewis LLC, 191 Nassau Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11222, US

Only in stock pieces are returnable (custom made hats and made to order fedoras are excluded from returns). Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Delivery time
Shipment takes 1 to 2 weeks when hat is in stock. Bespoke orders: Production time may vary. In general the process takes 2-4 weeks.
