Oliver Lewis Hats is operated by Richard Faison, an independent artisan based in Zürich, Switzerland. All hats are handcrafted individually by a single maker. By placing an order or using this website, you agree to the terms set out below.
These terms apply to all purchases made through oliverlewishats.com and our Shopify-powered checkout.
All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of any applicable taxes. Prices are shown in your local currency (CHF, EUR, GBP, or USD depending on your location) and represent the final amount charged.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. Payment is taken in full at the time of order. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error or if an item has become unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued immediately.
We ship worldwide from Zürich, Switzerland. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our control. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes levied by your local customs authority — these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by Oliver Lewis Hats.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We want you to love your hat. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, contact us at info@oliverlewishats.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a return address and further instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Refunds are processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item, to the original payment method.

Our hat designs are original works and are protected accordingly. Unauthorised copying or reproduction of our designs is prohibited.
Oliver Lewis Hats shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products, beyond the value of the order in question.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, and prices are accurate. However, colours may appear differently on different screens, and minor variations in handcrafted items are inherent to the nature of the work — these are not defects.
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and communicate with you — your name, email address, shipping address, and payment details. Payment data is handled securely by Shopify Payments and is never stored on our servers.
